Mette Hanghøj Lech

HEAD OF DESIGN / PARTNER

Mette has been working as an architect for more than 20 years, 15 of which have been spent as a partner and design manager at RH ARKITEKTER. Her experience primarily lies in competitions and the early stages of projects, where she blends functionality and aesthetics. Mette has been a vital part of RH ARKITEKTER for 3/4 of the company's lifetime and has played a crucial role in defining the architectural style that characterizes RH.

Mette assumes the role of the responsible partner during the initial design phases, where her primary focus is on the Conceptual Brief and Conceptual Design.

I have always had a passion for drawing and generating ideas. This passion motivates me to be involved in projects right from the beginning, where we set the tone for the design. Our task is to bring all the project elements together as a functional and aesthetically pleasing whole, to create a system that works logically and rationally for the building, providing good experiences for the users.
